Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this larger than life “Monster Truck” 2008 Ford F-250 for sale on consignment at our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix.

That’s right, this is no lifted pickup truck but a real Monster Truck with heavy duty suspension, 4-wheel steering and oversized tires. The Ford F-250 4-door cab was bought brand new and bolted onto the custom tubular chassis. The build on this wild ride was completed in South Carolina and then finishing touches were added at Classic Corner Garage in Mesa, Arizona with close to $200,000 total invested.

The truck’s name is “Overtime” and comes painted (not wrapped!) in White with an Orange flame job. This show-stopper is 9 feet tall and almost 10 feet wide with 54″ tires. Powering this beast is an appropriately chosen 5.4l Shelby GT500 engine with an Eaton M122H Roots type supercharger that pushes out over 600hp thanks to the added Ford Racing “Power Pack” and performance tune. A 2-speed automatic transmission controls the shifting and this Monster Truck can run on both 2X4 and 4 wheel drive. 5-ton Rockwell axles, nitrogen charged adjustable shocks, custom Wilwood disc brakes and front/rear wheel lockers.

Once you pull yourself up into the cab, which feels like being on the second floor of a building, you’ll be quickly familiarized with the interior which is everything you’d expect from a stock F-250 and more including air conditioning, rear backup camera, CD/DVD player and gray cloth seating for 5. Visibility is good there’s some trick features such as two battery kill switches and a power hood opener for easier access to engine compartment. Obviously, this 2008 Ford F-250 “Monster Truck” is loud, large and not for the faint hearted.
